Panasonic VIERA TC-L47E50: Great tv, apps could be better

We have had this tv for several months and love it. Great picture quality and pretty easy to setup. Only pain setting up was getting the hdmi sound from the tv (for amazon and pandora apps) back through to our denon speaker system since we don't use the
speakers on the tv. Had to go through several of the settings trying to find the right option to do this, otherwise the sound defaults through the tv speakers for these apps. I use a fancy univeral remote to program most of the options and it works well. Not sure why you would want a phone app since you would have to go through the wireless for it. I have the wireless adapter for the tv and it works ok but with my N router amazon videos are still slow sometimes or lag and connection blips but router is far away on second floor from tv on first. The wireless adapter also seems to get hot.
